PARENTS RULE SCHOOLS SM

The state of American  schools demand parents must become involved in the selection of their students schooling and become more involved in the process of education by educating themselves on their rights, educational laws and new ideas.

Business people are demanding a more scientific and technologically based employe. This demand should be forcing  educators to  desperately search  for new options to improve our educational results so that our children can become productive employees. Click here to research these options.

Parents Rule SchoolsSM  is a campaign to assist parents take their rightfully place on the throne of education. Our President believes many Michigan schools violate the Michigan State Revised School Code 380.10  that  states:

Rights of parents and legal guardians; duties of public schools.

Sec. 10. It is the natural, fundamental right of parents and legal guardians to determine and direct the care, teaching, and education of their children. The public schools of this state serve the needs of the pupils by cooperating with the pupil's parents and legal guardians to develop the pupil's intellectual capabilities and vocational skills in a safe and positive environment. History: Add. 1995, Act 289, Eff. July 1, 1996.

Schools, both urban and suburban, routinely refuse to cooperate with parents by stating parent request are contrary to school policy. How does policy supersede the law?

We, PARENTS, allow it. Let's unify to ensure our rights are heard. Complete a Parents Rule SchoolsSM membership  application.
