Corporate America is the wild, wild world of intellectual property grounded in inventions. Many world changing, highly profitable inventions were created by accident while in the midst of scientific research to discover something else. These inventions would have never been created if someone was not entrenched in scientific research, if someone was not creatively seeking to solve a problem.
Fluke TournamentsTM seeks to expose students to the fast paced wild, wild world of intellectual property – full of thrilling scientific research, wacky inventions, stock explosions, gigantic wealth and legal duels. Students will play FlukeTM- a wealth building game of accidental inventions to build a portfolio of cash, patents and research corporations as they maneuver through Risk and Rewards in the world of intellectual property. The person with the largest portfolio wins!!!! The message of FlukeTM is that if students really desire wealth in the millions, then they must embrace and specialize in scientific research. Fluke TournamentsTM will provide schools and community groups the opportunity to replicate the fast-paced competition of Corporate America with teams of students competing to claim business dominance, like Steve Jobs and Apple.
